I got the work of angela M regarding the redesign of dreamlash.net ,
I did all work and then finaly after work she simply refused. All my efforts are wasted and she paid me nothing. Not a single penny.

Swapnil is Right, We didn't Pay Him

Swapnil is right. He hasn't been paid.
The fact that Swapnil posts this should have everyone asking "Why wouldn't a company pay this provider?"
To find out why he wasn't paid, please read on.
I was assigned a task to make some changes to our website. My job consisted of finding an Elance provider with the right skill set for the job.
I selected Swapnil S specifically because in his proposal he begged me for the job, and said we could try out his services at no risk - if we didn't like them, we wouldn't be required to complete the job or make any payments.
His skill level was not up to par. He kept making mistakes and not following instructions. When the job was disputed by www.elance.com, we won the
case that the job wasn't completed properly. Elance refunded the money based on their investigation. If Swapnil S. disagrees with this, he should
be contacting Elance.
Swapnil S. then offered to bribe us that he wouldn't post defaming comments online about us if we paid him $40 USD.
We have since hired another provider.
We care deeply about honouring our commitments to our vendors for making our business possible. Unfortunately the world is a big
place and sometimes we land on people like Swapnil who use manipulation to get a job, don't deliver, than use intimidation tactics to get money.
I would recommend users of elance.com to be careful of this provider.
