I was in desperate need of a wedding dress and running out of time. My Fianc, at the time, suggested I order one online. Given that I had barely a month till my wedding I felt I had no option. There was no time to shop and have it ordered and altered in time.

Prior to placing my order I made certain I would receive it in time and was guaranteed to have it.. Sure enough the dress came one week prior to the date it was promised.

I was very uneasy when I arrived home to find my dress sitting on my doorstep, I mean anyone could have taken it. Not only was it left unattended, but it was not in a garment bag instead it was balled up in a package.

Still, I was exited to have it. I mean I really loved the dress I previewed on their website. Once I opened the package I was immediately upset. Not only was the dress nothing like the one I ordered, but the material felt similar to that of a sheet.

I still kept an open mind and tried the dress on. Tears, I could not stop crying. I was devastated. The dress did not fit and did not look nything like the dress I paid nearly $200.00 for.

Hoping it could be altered I made an appointment with a local seamstress for the very next morning. Upon arriving I changed into the dress. No matter what the seamstress could not make it work. I left very discouraged with two weeks left till my wedding.

After numerous back and forth email correspondence with DressAle.com they continued to refuse to provide me with a return merchandise number. I am beside myself. The last thing they said to me was that they do the bet they could matching the dresses to those advertised.

Still no dress I was forced to travel 3.5 hours to a Bridal Outlet where I was fortunate to find a dress that fit perfectly. I had one week till my wedding so I had no chose but to spend the $515.00 it cost for the dress.

Now Dressale will not return my text messages, and if they do I am passed on to someone else who tells me the same thing. To make matters worse, Paypal will not help me because I have passed the 45 day limit that I did not realize existed.

If there is anything you can do o help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank You!

Tanya Currier
