Since then, i contacted paypal and filed a claim. I have over 30 e-mails back and forth between these people and myself. They keep telling me different things, their vocabulary is horrible. They offer me partial refunds and then go back on their word.
They offered me a solution on paypal stating they would give me a 10 dollar return and ship me the bow. I declined and told them i would cancel my claim once the bow arrives.
I am still fighting with them, and they say "please trust us we will send the bow if you cancel your claim!" Do not trust this company. They are liars, deceptive, and have horrible customer service reps.
Hopefully paypal will resolve this issue because i'm quite frankly i can't handle another e-mail that makes absolutely no sense or states the exact same thing over and over again. Something needs to be done about these people and their company. Thanks to dressale, i have a dress that is useless! THANKS HONG KONG
