Drew Anusbigian Sinkhole? What is that?

Well, I'll start with quotes from the actual Report of Subsurface Exploration and Geotechnical Distress Evaluation from HSA Engineers & Scientists.
Claim Number: HO000110438
HSA Project No. 50-05-7990-00
-------- Begin Quotes from Report --------
"It is our opinion that some of the widespread exterior wall cracking distress observed in the walls of the home can be attributed to the long-term creep settlement of the loose sandy soils. These sandy soils can settle with time, causing minor distress in the structure as well as concrete slabs supported at grade. This condition is relatively common and has been found to cause minor distress at other homes in the general area. The loose conditions of the sands is related to their depositional history and not to sinkhole activity."
"The cracks in the concrete slabs are consistent with shrinkage or contraction of the concrete. This type of cracking is common in concrete slabs and is generally due to the properties of the concrete."
"As observed by HSA, the distress in the home was very sparse and minor."
"The GPR profiles do not appear to depict any prominent or conspicuous reflection patterns that, in HSA's experience, are likely to represent subsurface karst features associated with antecedent or incipient sinkhole activity."
-------- End Report Quotes --------
This entire report is available to serious buyers.
FYI, insurance companies have viewed the entire report and have deemed the home fully insurable.
Hello Neighbor, or so-called Walter,
Quotes from the report above indicated what kind of damage was believed to be found and what kind of damage was not believed to be found. You mention somewhere in this matter that you are a neighbor and fear retaliation. Why? I myself don't know many of my neighbors and am sure I have not wronged you in anyway. For the life of me I can not figure out why "Drew Anusbigian SINKHOLE" is found when someone searches for my name on some search engines. I feel as though I am being depicted as a malicious person who is capable of fraud and retaliation.
Please sir or madam; get your facts straight before dragging someone's name through the mud. The link to Pasco's website you provided does mention a report was filed however lacks the necessary details a serious buyer would receive before buying the home. I too agree that a home should be professionally inspected before purchase.

If interested in this house, ask for the engineers report.
The following is quoted from http://www.sinkhole.org
"Never buy a house where the owner
cannont give you the engineer's report."
If interested in this house, have it professionally inspected at the owners expense.
And ask for the engineer's report
There is a lot of sinkhole information at http://www.sinkhole.org
For fear of retaliation, I can not give my real name. I live in the neighborhood and am just relating the facts as I saw them to help prevent someone from being ripped off.
