Drew Ford, Ivan Green Ripoff Took car in to get mirror fix comes back with $5000 worth of Damage those ******** La Mesa California

I bought my 2000 Ford Explorer from El Cajon Ford, but vowed to never do business with them again! I accidently broke my driver side rearview mirror, around October 2004, I knew if I took it to the dealership, they would over charge me, so I shop around and found of the best thing to do was just to get a piece of mirror cut out and replace it, instead of fixing the whole mirror and electrical work because it was connected to the driver side door so you could adjust your mirror from the inside. Well anyways, I am a busy person, I go to school full time and work two-part time jobs, so I don't have a lot of time and money just to go get it fixed, so on Friday February 11, 2005 my mom takes my Explorer in to get it fixed, and Drew Ford sell her a bunch of other crap my car didn't need, one example was a oil change, which I got just two weeks prior from another location, and had the little reminder sticker on my top right hand side of my windshield to state that the next oil change isn't needed until three months from now or so and so miles. When I get my car back and drive it next either on Friday February 11th or Saturday February 12th, I notice the "check gage" light on, coincidence?

I think not. Then on Monday February 14, 2005 Valentine's Day, my check egine light comes on, and also there is a loud noise coming from the engine. Again, coincidence? I think not. The next day I call Drew Ford and demand to talk to the Manager, I get his voice mail that states he is out of the office Tuesday February 15, but will return Wednesday February 16th. I leave a detailed message with my name and phone number, did I get a call back? Of course not. Then come Thursday February 24, 2005, I am on my way home from school and work so I could change and go back to another job, I notice a smell while I am at a stop light, and then notice my engine is SMOKING!!! I get home call Drew Ford, and again demand to talk to another manager, I tell him about the "check gage" light, the "chech engine light" the loud noises and the smoking engine. He asks when I could bring it in, I tell him it is not that I can't bring it in, it is that I need a loaner car, he tells me he will work on the loaner car, but to hurry up and bring it in because they will be closing in twenty minutes, I rushed to change and get ready for my second job, and start driving, the car is making a lot of noise, it sounds horrible, and it is really smoking, soon as I turn on the on ramp of the freeway, my steering wheel locks up and my engine dies, luckily I am able to pull it over to the side, I call Drew Ford up, and the lady asks me who did I talk to, I never got the guy who I talked to. She puts my on the phone with another guy, he says that we are just about to close and that he and the head manager are the only ones left!!!So that means that b*****d who told me to bring my car in, not only didn't wait for me, nor did he tell anyone I was coming!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!!!

To make what happen this horrible night short, I call my boss ten minutes before I am suppose to be there to let him know my car in broken and I can't come in, he is furious, and says he won't need me the weekend either, great I won't be able to make any money. I finally got ahold of AAA to get my car towed in to DREW FORD, I DEMAND that they fixed whatever they did to it, because I was working just as shitty as it always does before my mom took it in there to get the mirror fixed. The stupid service rep tells me there will be a charge to look at it, I tell him I am not going to pay it, he talks to his manager and his manager OK's it. Later on in that day I get them to send a shuttle to pick me up from school, and when I go see my service rep, Ivan Green he tells me that my dad had just called to see how the car was doing, and my dumb dad ok more work to be done, I did not want to spend any money on that piece of s**t car. A little history on my car, it is an automatic, just it stalls and dies repeatedly ever since I have bought it. I have taken it in to a non-ford machanic, spent $500 to see what it wrong, he can't find why it always stalls and dies. I have also taken it to Drew Ford and even they can't find what is wrong with it, doesn't that mean it is a lemon??? this isn't some 10 year old vehicle, it only has 66,000. now they want me to spend $5000 to get it fixed. i do not have type of money. on march 2, 2003, i was in a really bad car accident in my friend's car, with the insurance money i got from the accident i paid off my explorer, and now I have this broken down car, and scars on my body from my car accident and NOTHING to SHOW for all the pain I went through. Before I had my car, now I have nothing
