DRIVE FINANCIAL SERVICES BIG RIP OFF, VERY RUDE Dallas Texas

I have been with Drive Financial since June, 2006. First there was the missing payments, then the harassing phone calls all day and night. It really got to me when they started calling my references and asking to to either make a payment for me or inform them of where I live. Mind you they have had my current adderess and phone number since I signed their contract.

The last time I spoke with one of the reps, not only was she rude and unprofessional, she was just plain obnoxious. I have tried on many occassions to get a detailed report of my payment history to no avail until I informed them that I was filing a claim against them with the FTC.

Not only did I get a copy via fax, but the phone calls stopped. Now my history showed that since July, 2006 thru March 2007, I had only paid $96.00 towards my principle. This is just outrageous. Where is my money going. Every time I call to speak to someone regarding this, there is always an excuse about where my money is going.

So I have decided to file the complaint with the FTC and BBB. FTC informed me that they need at least 50 complainats against a company before they can investigate them. I am asking all of those who have complaints to forward them to the FTC. Drive Financial must be stopped.

As we can see from the news regarding the predatory lending practices with home loans and credit repairing companies, The FTC can intervene. So please forward your complaints to the Washington, DC office of the FTC. I also want to be included in any class action suite that is going on.
