I have to admit I have been late a couple of times in the first couple of years (not over 30 days) that I had my car loan with them. Of course I had to pay high interest and late fees. I only have a few payments left and noticed I will owe almost $2,000.00 more after I supposedly will be paid off. After more investigation I noticed every month they add 10 to 20 dollars for "fees" then I have 370.00 in late fees on my statements and 350.00 in "fees" and They charge me 10.95 every month to make my payment!!!!
I also pay 410.95 every month and my payment is only 384.00 so how can I be $2000.00 behind??? I called them on this and they said well file a complaint click!!!
What the Heck!!! We have no recourse?? We are totally at their mercy?? This is ridiculous I am worried in a couple of months what they will do when I try to pay them off!!! This should be against the law!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Have a Similar Problem w/This Company

Drive Financial charged me a 17.00 misc. fee and told me it was a title fee. Drive Financial bought my loan off of Triad Financial so I should not have to pay this fee. They will not remove it and hung up on me three times.
