On May 12 2004 a repo man that was taking a vehicle from a residence in lake annette Missouri was arrested by Police officers for Tresspassing and burglary while trying to repo a vehicle that was finaced through drive finacial in texas. The repo man apparently forgot that in Missouri in order for you to repo anything you must have a court ordered document signed by a judge and the court seal attached.
When asked if he had such papers he replied he did not and was arrested for tresspassing and burglary where he entered the vehicle without the owners consent. Check and see if your state has such laws if so if these so called repo men show up at your home or work call the police pronto if enough of these repo men are arrested because they dont want to comply with the law then drive finacial of texas wont get anyone to repo for them.
