Drive Financial Frank Airehart ripoff, liars deceptive should be locked up ripoff Dallas Texas

I have previous reports on here. I was well on my way to fixing prior credit issues and re-building nicely. Drive took all that away. I am looking to see if there is a class-action law suit going on yet. I have bank statements where I paid them and they denied it.

I told them to come take the car because I was tired of arguing with them DAILY!!! You pay your bills, and you still lose. They put that repo on my credit. The day they took my car I bought a new truck and financed it through another bank. I sat down and told them what happened and they told me something amazing. They said "you too"?? I was puzzled. Even other banks kknow how drive has ripped other people off.

I guess the dealer I bought my car from (03 Hyundai Elantra GT) has had financed a lot of cars through Drive. I see I am not the only one here having problems. That bank instantly gave me a loan for my new truck . That bank has treated me great. All I want is Drive to be removed from my credit. That repo dropped my credit score WAY down. I want revenge on these losers. On the phone they will admit they screwed up, but when I ask them to fix their mess up they say no.

ALSO drive will put NOTHING in writing. Have questions? I have talked to most everyone in that pathetic company. I will help in any legal action needed to bring these guys down.
