Drive Financial ripoff wrongfully reflects currents payments as late then charges lates fees Dallas Texas

Drive Financial is a rip off! I have tried to trade my car in so that I can get out from underneath them however Drive reflects my payments as late and behind. With that said, I am unable to trade in my car. I have made above the amount of my monthly payment and pay every two weeks so that I could trade in my car. Drive continues to report me as late and behind therefore no one will finance me even with proof of my bank statements. I have sent emails and requested my statements are corrected but receive no response. I will not speak to anyone on the phone from Drive because they threaten to take my car.

I am posting this so that noone else falls into their trap! I am also reporting Drive to the BBB.

Never-ending car payment.
