Drive In Autosound sucks at installing alarms Pueblo, Colorado

I took my car to Drive In Autosound to have an alarm installed with keyless entry. I paid $350 for it. They had my car for 7 hours. When I went to pick it up, they rushed mye out as it was an hour after close. They did not explain anything as to how it works or how to use the remote, nothing was said, he handed me keys and walked away upset that it was late. I went to check out my car to make sure everything worked and the doors were locked behind me and lights shut off as both guys left.

I started my car and noticed a few lights didn't work, knobs were missing from the heater and a mic that was in my car was installed that I didn't want installed. Once I got home, I realized that the keyless entry(which I paid more for ) didn't work and there was no valet switch which it needed.

The next morning I took it back and told the manager of the problems. He said to bring it back that afternoon and they would get it right as the installer just rushed it. I dropped my car off and provided a list of all problems and items I needed to know about.

I came back to pick up my car after 2 hours and it was not ready so I wiated. After an hour and a half, I was told that the guy working only knew about the lights not working. He plugged them in and re mounted the Mic that I wanted removed. So, not only did they have my car another 3 1/2 hours, but they let me sit there for an hour before even starting it. Needless to say, the keyless entry still does not work, nor do all the lights (he got 1 working in that 3 1/2 hours). I still do not have the valet switch and I do still have a mic mounted to the dash.

He apologized and asked what day next week works best to bring it back? Are you serious? They had my car over 10 hours already, 2 days, and it still isn't close to working and you think I am going to bring it back a third time? Have I not wasted enough time on this already? I have tried calling the manager and he suddenly dissapeared. I also tried calling other stores to get a corporate number and they don't have it.
