Drive Time - Ugly Duckling Ripoff What a Con Game I was mislead totally Morrow Georgia

I received a call from a company called Drive Time, I was told I was approved for a car loan and could go to this location and do the paperwork. I got there and after having to complete a new credit application and meeting the manager I was told that because my new wife had a self surrender with Ugly Duckling and due to credit issues I would have to come up with $2000 prior to getting my Mini Van. I stated that I didn't know that Drive Time was Ugly Duckling or I would have never fooled with them. My wife bought a car from Ugly Duckling in 1997 and three months after driving the vehicle the car caught on fire. She called Ugly Duckling and told them to come get the car, they did but still insist that she pay the car off and filed against her credit and I have had their collection people call my business threatening to go after my business and other resources which I told them what I would do if they attempted that. We were not married when she got that car and I feel it is unfair to her and I that Drive Time took that position. I feel I wasted two hours driving to their store and I was deceived into believing I was already approved. What a con-job by Drive Time, aka Ugly Duckling.
