they have me 72 months for a 2013 Nissan Altima. price $13,500. and I put a down payment. of 2000.00. at end they said that the total would be 17,000 plus I ask why they said it was my credit , they still didn't tell me about the 6 years of payments on a 2013 car with 81,000 miles. drive time said i sign my name on the contract but I didn't, they (drive time) have you push the computer screen that has your signature on. it and I. know that I wouldn't finance a used car for 6 years!

drive time used my signature on the computer to sign me up for a longer payment plan than what was originally discussed, and didn't used the down payment towards the car that i purchase! Shenell Goldware

According to your own post you signed their contract

First, I have nothing to do with DriveTime and I would never go there to purchase a vehicle.

Second, in your own post about DriveTime you admit to signing the contract when you say you "push the computer screen that has your signature on it".  An electronic signature is as legal as a handwritten signature. Did you read the contract or just listen to a recap of the terms from the sales rep?  Never sign something without reading it. The fact that you chose to not read the contract is no excuse.

Solution:

You do not have to continue with the current payment schedule on your loan.  You can pay it off with your savings or you can refinance the vehicle into terms that are more favorable to you.
