DriveLine, LLC Boyan Marijanovic Sold me a car with rolled back miles and lied about number of owners Jacksonville Florida

Bo Marijanovic of DriveLine sold me a 2002 Mercedes with 63,000 miles on it. He claimed it was a one owner car and in mint condition. Like an idiot I bought it on the spot without doing my homework. When troubles started  with the car few weeks later, the dealer I took it to for repairs said that the car had as per CarFax over 152,000 miles on it, months before I bought it and that it had 3 owners and was in 2 accidents. When I contacted the owner Bo Marijanovic he claimed that its a used car and he knew nothing about it and that it was a cheap price and that I got a good deal. He refused to focus on facts and walked away from me. 

The car breaks down constantly and I have spent over $6,500 in repair bills and its a none stop headeche. 

But what the CarFax shows is completely different. It shows that he bought it from auction at 152,000 miles and somehow I guess unbeknown to him, the miles accidentally got rolled back and that he had nothing to do with it. He also knew that the car had multiple owners but told me one owner and then he tells me that he sells many cars and simply forgot which car had which number of owners and that I should have done my homework first.
