My HP PC had a problem recognizing my old Maxtor backup drive as well as my new iPhone. Driver Manager said it could fix the problem for free after I paid $29.95 for Driver Manager on nine PC (I only own one - whats the point). So I paid the exhorbitant fee for what I could have done myself with a little more research. It did NOT fix the problem. I reported the lack of a fix and got a nice letter from a lady in customer service. Said I would hear back - never did. Purchased Windows 7 to reload it on computer. No more Driver Manager and it works just fine.

Thanks for NOTHING costing me $29.95 for worthless software and $129 for a disk with Windows 7 (did not come with the PC).
