Driver Medic sold me download software to automatically find outdated drivers in the computer software and quickly update the drivers with latest. The demo stated the Driver Medic would automatically and quickly up the drivers. This was not true, it put you into a lengthy routine that was difficult to work and or understand. I've asked Driver Medic to cancel my subscription and issue a refund. No return communications from this company.
