On 03/28/2008 I went through Drivers Solutions to get my CDL. Every thing was going good I got my cdl and went to work for PAM Transport. I was under the understanding from the website as well as the contract I sighned whith PAM that I would be out an average of 2 weeks as well as a lot of times get runs past home where I could spend the nite there. I was badly misled. I was only out 2 weeks when I got called home for emergancies and only 2 times during the 6 months I wouked for them the rest of the time I was out no less than 3 weeks and only had 2 times I got loads past home.

In accordance to Breach of Contract laws PAM Transport commited a Fundamintal breach of contract. This means as I understand I was fully in the right to quit and PAM would still be responcible for the loan. Out of courtesy I called Drivers Solutions to have them set me up with a different company and explained why and that I wanted to continue to drive but for a different company. I done this 2 weeks prior to leaving PAM. Drivers Solutions had plenty of notice. For 4 or 5 weeks after leaving PAM I kept calling drivers solutions and kept getting the same responce "We do not have any other company avalible at the time." Knowing I was not willing to move for work they still around the 5th or 6th week they offered me a choice of jobs where I would have to move to Callifornia or Georgia. I declined reminding that I told them when I started I was not willing to move.

Now on 04/29/2013 I ecieved a notice of claim. Drivers solutions is sewing me for the loan that PAM Transport is responcible for. They do not cair that PAM commited a fundimental breach of contract or that It is there owne falt I am no longer dirving for a company that would honor the agreement and pay the loan. I called to request a change of venue as I can not afford to travel to Indiana nor do I have a vehicle that can make the trip. I can not afford an attorney either as I barley make enough to survive sacrificing one nesesity for a nother.

Drivers Solutions is a Companey that wants to scam any one they can. They do not entend to work with you if the origional companey fails to work out. All they want is money. They are violating my right to defend myself in court by refusing to grant a change of venue. They know I would win.

C1 Drivers Solutions

I truly understand what you are saying, however they only have 2 companies that will hire us right out of school is my understanding. I read your whole letter and you yourself stated that they needed you to move in order for you to work. You choose not to go. When I left to work for USA they sent me a bus ticket to get to their headquarters. Yes I wanted to come home every 2-3 weeks, but they did not promise me that. Also have you ever heard that if it's not in the contract it's not so. I'm not an advocate for C-1 Drivers Solutions but fair is fair.

Issue has been solved

I wrote the report out of anger. Yes the statment was my experiance up untill recently. I came to an agreement with Drivers Solutions "DSL" and the issue has been resolved. I needed to vent and reporting my experiance with them where it would be seen seemed logical at the time.

To give you a line from an e-mail I was sent about the issues. "We at Driver Solutions try to provide all of our students with a solid program and a positive learning experience therefore it is always disheartening when students are not completely satisfied." I apologize for my anger and accesive rant. I apologize that this report can not be taken down like I would prefer to do.

I also apologize for the first 3 sentences of the last paragraph. I only wish we Driver Solutions and My self had been able to come to the agreement sooner. It would have saved me some stress and angwish. I am very satisfyed with the agreement between DSL and myself and I do not want to cause them any problems. I retract my previous statment about DSL being a scam.
