Drivers Soultions garnished by bank account Tontitown, Arkansas

I went to Driver solutions training, and received my CDL, i was suppose to transfer my license to Texas License. I was not told that i could do it anywhere in Texas, so i thought i would have to do it Houston,Texas. The dispatcher kept sending me messages about do so, and i told them on was on my way home to do so. Then i get a call over the qualcomm about picking up a load, i told them i was on my way home, for my home time so that i could renew my licenses, and they assured me that i would still make in time. The truck broke down and i informed the dispatcher of the problem, and they put me in a hotel until another driver come through going to Houston. I reminded them about my CDL needed to be transferred.

To make a long story short. I got in Houston on a Thursday, and my CDL expired that Wednesday. When i got to the DMV they told me since my license was expired  i could not transfer them. I called Pam and they told me there was nothing that they could do for me since my CDL had expired. I told them i would take the test over in Houston, and ask if i could use a truck for the driving part, and they replied NO. I took the tests over, and rented a truck, i passed and got my CDL again., but i did not return to PAM, no they have froze my checking account and i can't pay my bills. I Think THIS PLACE is a RIP OFF.

Now i have to try and setup a payment plan in order for them to release my account. I HOPE I CAN WITH THEM BEING SUCH A RIP OFF COMPANY.CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH SOME INFORMATION OR A NAME OF A LAWYER.
