I purchased a Chrysler 200 from this DriveTime.  Within 90 days the vehicle overheated and the engine needed to be replaced.  Their warranty company Aeverex did replace the engine.  Less than 3 weeks later something starts clicking in the dash and the AC and Heater are not working properly.  The in network provider is not equipped to repair it and it's approved to take to the dealer.  Once diagnosed I am told that the "part" is not covered.  Clearly, if the heating and cooling systems are covered, ALL parts of said systems should be covered.  This is just bad business plain and simple!!!!

Misunderstanding

AUTHOR: basil - (USA)

You misunderstand the concept of a limited warranty. I was in your shoes too, but drivetime's contract is a limited warranty, so not all components in a vehicle system are covered. If you actually bothered to read it, you would know what you signed for. Aeverex only handles drivetime's warranty, drivetime is the one who wrote it.
