I purchased a 2009 Smart Fortwo Passion from the san antonio drivetime off of toepperwein rd at IH35 . It was back in march when i got it of this year 2013 and i paid 15k for it , it had 38k miles on it . I traded in my paid off truck 07 chev silverado ext cab long bed which had 85k miles on it which was costs too much in gas. When i bought the smart it only financed 7,865 because drivetime gave me 10k for the value , i thought it ws a great deal! WRONG! im trying to sell it because its my only car and im almost 5 months pregnant and i can fit me, my husband, and my baby with a two seater, but as i found out i only owe 7055 on it and i was told by a dealer it has bad equity, WTF RIP OFFS!

A case of buyer’s remorse

AUTHOR: coast - ()

"your not getting the facts straight"

My facts are straight enough to know the word is you're NOT your.

I never disputed your claim of the current value of the car. I pointed out that in 2013 you foolishly paid the 2009 retail price for a 2009 car.

You negotiated a transaction and now you are suffering from a case of buyer’s remorse.

What do you expect the BBB to do for you?

The car is smart but the buyer is not

"I purchased a 2009 Smart Fortwo Passion... when i got it of this year 2013 and i paid 15k for it , it had 38k miles on it"

In 2009 that car retailed new (with zero miles on it) for $14000-$17000 so it's unclear as to why you agreed to pay $15000 in 2013. You could have purchased the 2013 model for that price.

"i thought it ws a great deal"

Why did you think that? Was it because the sales rep told you that??

"WTF RIP OFFS!"

It isn't a rip-off because you agreed to the deal. Next time you should consider doing some research prior to purchase.
