DO NOT use Drivetoday USA to buy your car!!! They are horrible!! & so is the company they use to finance people through- Auto Credit Finance. I bought a 2006 Nissan Maxima from them a year ago and it has been nothing but problems from day 1!! Everything from the price of the car, car parts ranging from batteries to the valve body, the people I have had to deal with, and anything and everything inbetween. I was told the car would caust be $8,000, I put $3,500 and thought i would owe the rest. A month later when i called because the car was jerking everytime i pressed the gas i found out i owed $11,850!! but with interest i will be paying over $20,000 for a crappy 2006 NISSAN MAXIMA!!! Not one single dollar from the $3,500 down payment went towards my car. The battery that was put in my car the night i got it turned out to be a bad battery and almost exploded in my car!! The car was jerking because it needed a new valve body- $2,000. i had to replace the front driver side shaft- $500. The air, sunroof, and radio quit working within a couple of weeks of getting the car. Everytime I have called to talk to these people they have been increadibly rude & i could NEVER speak to a "manager" because he was never available, and even once they told me they didn't have a manager, until today when i spoke to him and he was the rudest person I have ever talked to!!!! I am now having to replace the radiator in this car, and when i asked if there was anyway they could give me a little time on the payment since i have never missed a month in the last year & i have had to spend over $3,000 in repairs for this car the main "manager's" response was "well maybe you shouldn't have bought a car?" & then asked where the car was located so he could come get it. He also told me that before he buys a car he checks it out, which i did and it had a good car fax and no visible problems at first.. I have a friend who bought a car from this place at the same time i did & had all of the same problems I have now with her car and the company. A lady told her while she was complaining to them about the car she bought, that they don't even look at the cars they get, they just buy a bunch of the cheapest cars they can find around tax time because they know people will be buying cars then!!! WHO SAYS THAT ABOUT THEIR OWN BUISSNESS!!! It is to late for me to get out of this situation, but hopefully i will save someone from making this same mistake!! please tell everyone you know NOT to go to DRIVETODAY USA!!!!!
