DRI*WuYi Pixie Tea Lures You In With An Attractive Offer Only to Then Place Unauthorized Charges on Your Credit Card Internet
*Author of original report: DRI*WuYi Pixie Tea "Automatic" Enrollment in conjunction with www.fit-fac.com
A "free" trial of this product was offered and you pay only the shipping. No problem! I ordered and my credit card was charged $6.57.
I never authorized any other charges to my credit card, I didn't order any more product but just 15 days later they charged my credit card $69.77.
Truly a scam! I surfed around the internet and found dozens of other unsatisfied "customers" who have all been ripped off by the same company, the same way. (Unfortunately, I checked up on them after the fact).

DRI*WuYi Pixie Tea "Automatic" Enrollment in conjunction with www.fit-fac.com
AUTHOR: Cat - (Canada)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, November 30, 2008
Five days after the additional charge from WuYi Pixie Tea, ANOTHER unauthorized charge appeared on my credit card. This time it was for $25.45 and it was billed from www.fit-fac.com.
WuYi Pixie Tea - I finally got hold of someone at the phone number listed on their product packaging. She had a very "superior" attitude and informed me that when you order the sample, you are automatically enrolled in their program and will get billed the $69.77 every month for another shipment of their product. Apparently this information appears on their website (which, incidentally, wasn't functional any of the 3 times I tried to access it). Beware! Unless you really DO want their product every month. I've requested they cancel my enrollment.
www.fit-fac.com - I pulled up their web site to see who these people are. Ah ha! They obviously expect phone calls because on their home page, in large letters it says "if you've had unknown charges on your credit card click here". They give you a phone number and if you don't mind sitting on hold for about 20 minutes, you should get through. The woman I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful (thank you!) and informed me that when you order the WuYi Pixies Tea, you're automatically signed up for this company too!! She claimed I should have received paperwork and an email (neither of which was received). After much insistance on my part, she processed a cancellation and a credit to my credit card.
