This email is to reassure you that DropshipDesign.com LLC is still in business and your orders will get fulfilled as usual.
Our website is currently down due to technical problems from our Internet Service Provider. This is why our company home page is down as well as our email. This will not affect our business since we can still process all of your orders.
Please note that this problem was not caused by us but was imposed on us by technical difficulties at APLUS.net which is the hosting company for our company website. Your website is hosted in another datacenter called CARI.net which is much more reliable and thus your access to our services has never been interrupted.

meantime, you can still use the website and sell our merchandises. You may also look for your tracking codes from the online website. Please rest ashore that your customers will receive the merchandise ordered, but if
you want us to verify the current status of your orders, simply send us a reply with the order numbers.
Having said all that, would you be so kind to remove your paypal complaints so we can maintain our service level agreement with PayPal.
