 There are good real estate brokers – and there are bad ones.  Ilan Bracha is a bad broker and I write this so you don’t have to suffer like I did. 

I was upfront with Mr. Bracha and advised that we want to sell our apartment and aren’t looking for a wheeler-dealer who would get our listing and not work to sell.  He came with his slick sales team – and then once we hired him he never returned our call.  It is clear Ilan Bracha and his team are lacking in human decency.

There are good brokers and bad brokers. It’s clear that Keller Williams NYC and Bracha are people to stay far away from.
