The Board of Directors, Manfred Mayerfeld, Andy Yurowits (Chairman & Stock Broker) and Andrew Levinson (Atty), have wilfully mismanaged the company, sales cut in half, no money to operate, failed to keep key contract payments, conspired to dissolve the company after Yurowitz stripped all the cash and assets out to his realty company. SEC filings inaccurate, late and grossly misleading. Stock valuation destroyed, now down to 2 cents from $11. Matter in hands of the PA & NY Attorney General. 1100 sharelholders' stakes ruined. This was a promising pharmaceuticla mfg co.

As the former CGFO and President of Health Chem I witnessed the asset stripping and mismanagement by the Board of Dirctors and I fought against it. So...they fired me to get rid of me. It could have been a significant profitable company.
