Nubodi, Nubodi Colon Cure Total Scam - they say $3.95 shippin and handling and then charge $89.31 Las Vegas Nevada

I too ordered the trial for 3.95. This was ordered on 1-19-08. According to what I read it would be shipped within 24hrs or Next business day. I gave it a week and still did not see it. I tried to call the company and received one of the two responses: Busy signal (which was most the time) and when I did get through I received an automated message that informed me to call back later due to the high volume of calls. Like I said this went on for a week.

I even called 3 minutes after the 8:00 opening time (Mountain Time) and they still were not opened. I then called at about 6 minutes after and received the message again to try again later due to heavy volume.

I finally reached someone on 2-6-08 after holding for between 5-10 minutes. I explained my situation on not receiving the trial for 11 days and they blamed it on the Post Office. I also told them I have been trying to call for a week, but had not been able to get through. They still would not refund my 89.31 they charged to my account. This is a nice little scam. They say call back within 15 days to cancel the order, but you can't get through. I don't know who has eight hours a day to call. I am now pursuing them through my bank and will go further if needed to get this money back or make as many people aware of this nice little scam.
