Dry Clean USA lost my favorit shirt, and did nothing except try to make me pay the cleaning of it Ripoff Arlington Texas

I took nine items to have dry cleaned. I counted them before I took them, and I counted them again as the girl bagged them up.

When I came the next day to get them, there were only eight items, and a tag for a ninth, but no shirt. I knew exactly what shirt it was. My favorite Lavendar silk shirt. They argued with me for about 15 minutes, and tried to tell me that I must have dropped it at my house, or on the way into the store. I assured them that wasn't the case, because I brought my clothes in a laundry basket. Then I told them I wasn't leaving until they looked through all of the clothes in the back to make sure it wasn't there. I looked with them, there was no shirt. I said so, I guess you are going to pay be back for the shirt.

She said that she would have her owner of the franchise call me tomorrow. This happened on a Friday, so the manager should have called on Saturday, because the girls there told me that she was working tomorrow.

She never called, I went up there 6 days in a row, there was no manager, and the girls said they had given her messages. That is ridiculous. I asked for her phone number, they gave it to me, and told me to call tomorrow between 11:00am and 1:00pm. So, I did, and the phone would just ring and ring for hours. Finally someone answered the phone around 2:30, guess what, the manager was gone for the day. She still has yet to TRY to contact me, and make the matter right. That was a week and a day ago. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES THERE IF YOU EVER WANT TO SEE THEM AGAIN.
