DS Services of America Crystal Springs water Standard Coffee Very poor customer service. Dose not follow through with requests Raleigh North Carolina
Jim McDonald was a walk in salesman from DS services and we signed up for coffee and water with them back in october or November of 2014. By mid 2015 the coffee was not arriving on time and I asked to cancel services by july.
Jim complained that he would not recieve his commision if we cancelled within the first year. He said he would do what it took to make things right. Finally after nothing was accomplished I had to contact the headquarters for Crystal springs to cancel the services.
They sent someone to pick up the equiptment and then never stopped billing us. I kept calling Jim to try and fix the problem and crystal springs. Nothing seemed to work. I finally contacted American Express and blocked them from billing us.
3-4 months later they sent me to collections stating that I owed for 6 months in services and for the equiptment! I called Jim who was not willing to help in any way telling me that he has other oppointments and does not have time to deal with this.
