Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

This company is very dishonest in their business practices.  We used their water delivery service in our office.  We had our own cooler. They didn't send a bill for a couple of months.  Didn't catch it right away.  Then we started getting collections calls.  We never got a notice of a late bill or a bill for that matter. The company had waited long enough to accumulate late fees etc so they could send to collections, over $100 that would have been $30 if charged correctly for the 2 months.  Even the collection company said that is something they do because they don't make enough money in water delivery sales.  Tried several times to talk to the manager had to talk to the corporate "customer service".  No one ever returned our calls.  We cancelled our service with them. Be wary of this company!

so let me get this straight....
u had service, were getting ur deliveries in a timely manner
never had any complaints
and u never paid

seems like u were aware that u were getting free product for a certain amount of time, and u never took the time to even contact them to see why u were not getting an invoice.

had this been ur electric bill, gas, cell or internet service and u knew u were getting service but never got a bill i bet ud be on top of it and calling right away but since this is just a water service, who cares right?

it seems like u were being dishonest and wanted to take advantage of a company that was doing their part an providing u with the product yet u knew they made a mistake and were not sending u invoices or they perhaps got lost but u never took the time to call...

let me guess, u were tooooooo busy huh.

man up and pay...
