Complaint Review: DSL Extreme
DSL Extreme deceptive advertising, Internet
I signed up with DSL Extreme one day but had numerous questions about pricing and other issues about communication. Their customer relations support is clumsy and slow. Since I never received adequate answers by the next day I had decided to cancel-they refused. I am now waiting for a supervisor to call so I can blast him/her. If they refuse I will go to the FCC and cancel my credit card to avoid payment.
