DSM SUPPLY RIP OFF! Overcharged credit card by $400 AND never sent order. RUDEST Staff Ever! Dallas Texas

On 3/29/16, our office placed an order for 240 electrodes.  The order total was $522.60.  Our credit card (as we saw the next day) was charged exactly $400 more than that - $922.60 to be exact.  We called DSM and notified them and they said they would refund the $400 overcharge immediately.  To this day, 5/2/16, we still have not received that refund. 

DSM Supply was called several times to inquire about the overcharge and to inquire about the status of our order.  They kept telling us the order was coming and was "in transit" and that our refund was being processed.

The last time we called, we spoke again spoke with the same female customer service rep, who was so incredibly unprofessional and rude who literally yelled at us and said "it's not my job," and hung up. 

Of all the years we have been in business, we have never experienced such incompetence, unprofessionalism, rudeness and gross negligence in a company. 

From what we have seen, DSM Supply makes it a habit to overcharge their customers credit cards hoping the customer doesn't notice.  They should be shut down immediately.

As of 5/2/16, we still have NO order and NO refund!
