DSM Supply "Rude and Unprofessional" Dallas, Texas

DSM is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are rude and unprofessional. I called to place an order. They took my order and phone number, then hung up. I had to hope they had my address and order correct.
I did receive the correct shipment mentioned above within a normal amount of time, then received the invoice shortly afterward. The supply charges were correct at roughly $100, but the shipping charges were $124.60! I called and spoke with a rep, who said he would have to consult with a supervisor. He called me back an hour and a half later and knocked off $60 from the shipping charges. It just seemed too easy to get altered. It seemed as if DSM was trying just to weasel money out of us without us noticing.
We were receiving multiple faxed ads daily. When I called the first three times to remove us from the fax list, nothing changed. The fourth time I called, I asked the rep if he was sure we would be removed this time. I was not rude, didn't even have a tone in my voice, and he hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. So I called right back and got the same rep. When I asked him why he hung up on me, he said in a very haughty tone, "I wasn't going to argue with you." So I told him he was responsible for losing my business.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are the most unprofessional and rudest company I have ever dealt with.
