I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from DSW. When they arrived, I opened the boxes to find that the shoes had not been wrapped, and had ovbiously been worn before. I returned them all in one box, and paid for the shipping. DSW sent me notification that they were deducting $17.00 for shipping fees because I did not exchange the shoes. This is such a ripoff, I will never puchase anything from them again. This should be a class action lawsuit if it has happened to anyone else.
