DTI communaqcations of Ocala,FL. diseptive sales information and failure to correct false charges Ocala,FL., Florida

I have been a Verizon customer for approx 10 years and am happy with their service. this complaint is against DTI Communication of Ocala in  Silver Springs, Fla Store and in particular A Salesman in this store on or about may 26 we bought a wireless home connect unit to try we did and it would not work in our location. we were told if we returned them in 3 days there would be no charges.it was returned on may 28 we then tried a mobile hotspot unit and it was returned on the 29 again we were told no charges would appear on our Verizon account we did receive refunds on our credit cards for charges to them already. our Verizon bill had charges for both services, I have tried to call the salesman 3 times no return calls NOTE:
I advised the salesman that I did not want any Charges on my account if it did not work before I tried the units as I had a problem in the past like that} I have spoken to another person in the store with little help at all. I have made two calls to Verizon of about 45 min each and I am still having part of the charges still on my account. they see the problem but they seem unable to fix it. { I blame salesman for this just to collect some sort of commission and the company - DTI Communication  for not having a better management plan and their CUSTOMER NO-SERVICE DEPT is no help or unreachable] I am still trying to get these charges removed after over a month
