The beginning, well Michael and myself decided we would move out of the city to a nice country town (Lindsay), we found this ad to rent a 4 bedroom house right on the lake, this sounded great, so we came and looked at it and it was nice except the landlords lived in a little cottage out back, I didn't particularly like this idea but he seemed nice enough so we decided to take it, this was december 1st, we moved in and things were okay until january the 1st when it was time to pay the rent and I went to there house and was greeted by one ignorant b***h asking me "what do you want", well I told her I was here to pay the rent and she took the check and just huffed me off and closed the door.
Things were okay for about another month and half when the aproached us and asked if we would like to buy the house, we said sure and he showed us some papers that he had made up in order for us to qualify for a mortgage, Keep in mind that we had a lease signed for a 1 year rental on the property. Which we never received a copy of, (they always had an excuse).
The reason they gave us for wanting to sell was that they were splitting up. She could not handle Gary's other side, he is gay. The Dussiaume's then decided on a daily basis, to change their minds and put the house on the market. Once again we were in awe, so she said to me, we meaning I have to get all of my stuff out of the house so they can take pictures of the house for the internet.
Then about 1 month later, there litte shack out back had a mysterious roof fire, not too much damage. The insurance company paid for them to live at a local cottage in the area. While they adjusted their claim. The insurance company came back with an apparent offer. That they would give them a cash settlement, because they could not repair the damage because the building was not built to code.
Then they came to us and said we would have to get out because they needed there house back. We were once again in awe. All the time all this was going on they did not leave us alone. They came in the house whenever they wanted the whole time we lived here. As did there kids. Even when the door was locked. They would use their keys.
All of this drove us crazy, We did not want to leave until at least the end of our lease. But Martina told us that "there is no lease". Bull.... So we said fine we would leave. But that was not enough to keep her out of my hair. She showed up daily, with these papers, stating we needed to get out immediatly.
My children were also subject to cruelty because of their kids as well as them spreading rumors, that were not true. That we owed them alot of money, never paid rent etc... all untrue.
She (Martina) has tried to sue us for damages to the food in her fridge, since the fire. Saying because the hydro was turned off that the food spoiled. But the insurance people had everything removed the very next day, after the fire. Not to mention there place was a real mess and dirty very, very dirty before the fire. Always left food and garbage all over there house and outside where my children would play.
Then when I put my foot down and told her to leave us alone that we would move out at the end of the month. She went and put this stupid fence up across the driveway to where my kids were once allowed to play. As well as these no trespassing signs on the fence as well as the play gym for the kids. And she padlocked the garage. With my stuff in it.
It is in my opinion that these people are crazy, and if they should place another add for a house for rent I hope that someone reads this first. Don't rent from Gary and Martina Dussiaume. There are many more pieces of info about the past six months that I could tell you. It all boils down to don't rent from these losers or do any business with Duce enterprises. Because they are out to screw you.

These individuals - Amy and Micheal - they keep changing their last name - so I do not know which name to apply here. (Last name used = Piper.)
Why do they keep changing their names - they are thieves as well as every landlord's worst nightmare!
They committed welfare fraud!
They are "Rip-Off Artists":
- Stole artwork, furniture, etc, from us;
- caused damage to the house and to the property;
- Stole computer, stereo, TV, etc. from "Rent-To-Own";
- Stole the van that they were driving by not making payments;
- the list goes on and on!
- After they left 2 days early, stealthily, in the middle of the night - we were inundated with telephone calls and visits from thier creditors that they also "ripped-off"!
- Rent was never paid on time and rarely in full!
- Did not pay heating costs!
These are individuals who have had children removed by Child Welfare.
These are nefarious individuals who survive by stealing from others. This is their way of life!!
The Police and the Courts are dealing with them now.
I am not gay and I am happily married with my wife and out two children.
These are vindictive, "sick" individuals who prey on the goodness of others. I am one of those "good others"!
Duce Enterprises, my company, had no dealings with these individuals and ought not to be cited here.
We, as Landlord's as well as the companies and businesses that they have stolen from are involved in lawsuits against them.
You, the reader ought to carefully judge their comments and test the validity. They have stolen and cheated us as well as others (individuals/businesses/Welfare) - be wary of such people as they prey on the rest of us!!
