Duckbill kennels Robert Milner We purchased a lab puppy - known as a legacy lab- we paid extra for the linage and we had puppy trained- we have just found out that the dog has luxating patellar and sever hip displays is- Milner refuses to discuss this Sommerville Tennessee

We purchased a Legacy Lab puppy from Duckhill Kennels - we believed that this kennel did not breed a defective dog.  Our pup who is not two years old was just diagnosed with sever hip displasciia is and luxating patellar on both rear knees.  Our vet advises that this is generally a genetic issue- and the sire and dame should not be breed again- we are advised that the surgeries will cost in the $8000 plus range- we have tried reaching out to Duckhill Kennels with no luck-

our first email was responded with a message that Mr Millner would be in touch- it has now been over 1 week and no response- this was an expensive dog and we paid extra for advanced training- what a shame that the dog will need to endure the pain and suffering because of irresponsible breeding- this dog was purchased and trained to be a hunting dog- which the vet says cannot happen now- Do not purchase a dog from this breeder
