This company represented by Danielle Carraher rips people off.  They allow people to occupy a leased property that they know very well has safety concerns.  This is a fact.  The Colorado Springs Police Department Code Enforcement Division has sent Ms. Carraher several notices that the property does not meet minimum city housing codes.  She has ignored their requests.  Also a fact proven by the reports.  She then proceeds to evict tenants and while attempting to place the very issues she was charged with repairing on the those tenants.  She is a scammer and a disgrace to the business industry.  She is immoral and dispicable. Consumers beware of this woman and any business that she associates herself with.
