Dufrane Moving and Storage Dufrane Moving Overcharged us 42% and refused to deliver without payment Fond du Lac,, Wisconsin

in June, my wife and I contracted with DuFrane Moving and Storage to transport our household belongings from Kohler, Wisconsin to Sarasota, Florida. After our household was loaded and the semi tractor had left our home, DuFrane presented us with an invoice to pay loaded with FRADULANT charges. As we tried to understand what these additional charges where for, DuFrane simply said if we dont pay the entire invoice in full, they would not deliver our belongings in Florida. They held our move hostage until we paid them in full. Faced with no other option, we paid the total amount with staff at DuFrane stating they would look into the excess charges when the truck returned from Florida. Not only did they not look into the OVERCHARGES, they made up some new ones and are attemping to force us to pay these new charges by threatening our credit rating. These is NOT a reputable family company, this company is exactly the kind of company that 60 Minutes has featured in the past that RIP families off by holding their belongings HOSTAGE. DuFrane refused to deliver until I paid these INSANE charges. My wife and I feel so violated, that we have to WARN as many people as we can.
