Duke Energy  send  contructor  Premier Energy Services to turn gas  service  on  . Premier E.S .  damaged  the  gas line pipes in my house , created  gas  leak .  Premier E.S. technician  works  with  one  hand , and  shaking the  pipes 

The  technician  did not have  basic plumbing  skils .  They  refuse  to  fix  the damages ,  Premier E.S.  John Stenger told  me  :  He  dealing  with  Big  companys , and they  will  cover  up  for  him .   Duke Enargy  saying  -they  not responsable  for  contractors  they  sending  to  customer's  homes . So , Duke Energy  sending  random  companys  to  are  homes  , and  falt to provide  profecional  and  safe  services .

P.S.  Make  the  video  of technician  doing  work  in your  house , or take the  picters .

       Ask  for  insurence  info , ask  for  company's  name .

Duke Energy This company communicated difficulties with their power grid during cold weather, via email and text. This suggested weaknesses within this capability, and following this event, Duke energy charged their customers anywhere from 30% to 50% over their stated costs. They never communicated this within their emails- only that customers should be considerate of their energy consumption. There was no warning that billing would not only rise, but exponentially. Tropical Solar Energy We purchased solar panels last year and were under the impression that we would see a decrease in our electric bill with Duke Energy. WE HAVE NOT!! If it were possible, we would have Tropical Solar Eneergy come and take back everything we bought from them and get our money refunded! We are very, very unhappy with the promises made to us.
