Together we signed a contract, to do a master bedroom addition in my house, they ask for $15,000 to cover the material, employees, and the blue prints, and permits, I paid the full amount to them, he come to your house with 7 employees, to work in your yard for 3 hours to do the footage, he breaks your sidewalk, sprinkle system, and grass, my house looks like a war zone. After several calls for over 2 months later, he give me excuses...after excuses, that the paper work was done wrong by the architect, and also that zonnig department keep holding him back with the paper work. Then his wife ask me to come with her downtown to push the paper work faster, and to sign the commencement order, I said okay, then I find out in downtown that he was a sub-contractor not a contractor like he represented him self to us, (that was the reason that he can not get the paper work done). And that was the hold up of the paper work, and now he was trying for me to be the "contractor" for this project, I told him "NO" and I wanted my money back. I called and called and no response, he found a other person to put his licenses on the line by the name Jack Shakira. Now, he said that Jack Shakira will assume the responsibility of this project. Then he get the permits to pour the concrete and was done wrong, was not level, and is cracking, then I call him and his wife so many time and no responded, is been almost a year, no master bedroom and NO money. I put a complain with DBPR. and still No money because he was unlicense, now is in the hands of the State Attorney. This company has several cases in the same time he do me wrong, he looks for single or older women, and I find out that he still doing business in Florida. Run the other way. Florida
