DULUTH TRADING COMPANY Didn't get my refund Internet, Internet

   I returned a vest to Duluth Trading company on April.  It was unworn & in the original package.  I had received it in March.  In April I received an email stating that that they had received my item and wold credit my visa account.  
   While going though my account records, I noticed that there was no credit to my Visa from Duluth Trading company.  I called Duluth, talked to two customer service reps who told me that the credit had been sent and processed on April 22nd and that I should take it up with my bank.
    So, I called my bank and they went back through my records and investigated all transactions during that
period.  There was no refund from Duluth Trading Company and my bank said they could do no more to help.
    Again, I called Duluth and spoke with two more customer service reps.  Both told me that according to their records the refund had been sent (minus their return fees), and that I should take it up with my bank.
So, I told them, that I had already done that and that the bank had no further involvement.  The bank had not received the refund to my Visa account and there was nothing more they could do.
    The Duluth service agent told me basically that there was nothing they could do and that as far as they were concerned the matter was closed and that I should try to work something out with my bank.
    Whatever could I work out with my bank, when Duluth didn't send my refund.
    I am livid.  I have no recourse at all.  I have spent a great deal of money with this company in the past and they have now lost me as a customer.  
     Customer service?  It doesn't exist with Duluth Trading Company.  I have been robbed.
