Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp Protection/Extortion racket www.dandb.com, California

I run a tiny, non-profit 501(c)(3) TV station in a tiny town that nobody cares about (Ocean Shores, WA). We have received numerous phone calls and emails from these people insisting that our credit rating is at risk and our records are not up to date, which to correct requires a 400-something dollar fee.

- We have next-to-no income
- We have no employees
- We have a very limited number of assets
- We have no lines of credit or outstanding loans.

We do not, nor have we ever borrowed money. Though if we ever had, I find it completely asinine that we should have to pay a fee for them to update their record for us. No other credit reporting agency in the country works this way. This is a protection racket, pure and simple. No different than a street thug who busts out storefront windows on shopkeepers who don't pay up.
