Dunkin Donuts buy more, pay even more Brooklyn New York

When you buy combo with bigger coffee, supposedly give the customer break, like from Medium to X-large, charged $0.30 more, instead of $0.40, as individual purchase. But, worst scenario, you charged same; it should be $.40, not $.60. However, this store posted higher price to punish the customers who buys with bigger coffee. Well, if you say, because each store independently owned and operated, and they can set the price whatever they want, but that cannot be an answer due to implied purpose of combo menu. Posted menu shows: Hot Med coffee $1.80, Large $2.00 X-large $2.20 and on Medium Coffee combo Menu: bagel w/Cream cheese $3.39. However, make it with large size coffee, you expecting $0.20 more or less due to combo purchase. Well, they posted $0.31 more. Furthermore if you make it with X-large coffee the price jumped $0.60 more; instead of $0.40 (as individual purchase) or less (as for combo). So, if you buy more, pay penalty. I know why, at first, on combo menu they did not posted larger size coffee price and charged whatever they set in computer.

After my complaint, they posted the price black letter over dark brown reflective/glare numbers; very difficult to read. You have to be right angle to see it. When I complaint about price, they said, still it is cheaper than the individual purchase. Are they brain damaged or think all the customers are toddlers? We are talking about combo menus, not individual prices. I checked few DD stores and ordered same menu and found, unscientifically, stores at in generally known minority area's stores cheating is more rampant. If you order combo menu with larger coffee, read your receipt. It is not for me save $0.20; because it is wrong. It is fraud.
