Dura-Seal, PermaTech, ABX International, sold me Shutter-Stop that looked dirty and recycled, and didn't help my car but made it worse Key Largo Florida

First, I called the technician named Chris regarding the transmission problem on my car. As they promised after a minute of talking, Chris diagnosed the problem on my car by the phone and told me what to buy which is called Shift-Restorer. When I received the product, the cap wasn't sealed unlike auto products on the market. I put it in my car and it had no effect. Next, I called the same technician and explained that it had no effect so, he recommended his other product called Shutter-Stop. The bottle also had no seal. 

This time when I poured the content into my car I noticed a lot of derbis coming out of the small bottle. My car did not improve but the transmission got worser shifting. I called back to customer service and asked for a refund of my money as I was very disappointed of their products. She told me to call the technician again and follow his directions. I refused to do so and asked for my money back again, when they declined I asked to leave a testimonial but they refused to let me leave one. Next, I called the manager of the worlds "most trusted" transmission additives as they state.

With expectations to resolve my concerns, but when I expressed my concerns he kept laughing and saying "Oh. Really? Oh thats bad," with sarcasam. He was also very interested to know what nationality I am. He asked me this 3 times. I told him this was not related to the topic, but he wanted to know. It sounded like he was discriminating me. When I told him I would find a legal way to resolve this he laughed and said "Write your complains down on a piece of paper and wipe your a** with it." I was really frustrated because my kid heard all the crap he said to me. I will not stop till I bring justice down on them.
