Hello, I was lucky to be introduced to Mr. Durante Parks back in 2008. I have since been a happy monthly subscriber to his membership sites and have paid thousands of dollars for his personal mentor-ship and coaching programs.
I have been able to make money consistently using his systems. I have also closed several commercial loans in the NYC area with his financing strategies. I have proof and am will to verify for anyone. I can be reached at (((ROR redacted)))
As with any program or system you implement in life, whether it be a workout program or an income producing product like Durante's you only get out of it what you put into it, hence Results May Vary!
