Durham School Bus Services ripoff dishonest abuse of power of management Racine Wisconsin

I was a employee of Durham School Bus Services from May 02 2002 to Oct 01 2003. I was mistreated by management since i start. But they went out there way one month before i left. It start when i report to corp. that the manager was being very rude to the drivers and aids at the company. I mean dispatcher (mike and connie) treating us like dogs, and no body stopping them. Well i report it to corp. Then the next day i was in my bus taking kids home when i was pull over by our saftely department. (Brian & Bud). They got on my bus and told me that a school teacher reported me drinking on my bus. They search the bus for a hour didt find nonthing. Now i have pass all of my drug tests never had a problem like that. So when i got back to base and i went to (Mary) to find out what happen she told me a teacher from Red Apple School Reporting me.

So the next morning i call off from work and went to Red Apple and talk to the Princple to see who did this. She told me that no one reported me because she would have to know first. So then i know that it was the management after all. They did that to get back because i report them being very rude to us.

After i found the truth i resign from Durham and tried to sue but no one would take the case. Plus during the last week i was there they didnt give me a drug test which is company policy. I hope this help anyone who is interest in working for Durham School bus Services. They are not worth the time and stress.
