Dustin Smith Auto Reseller Rip Off Artist Sold my Son a Truck with a Broken Frame Tomahawk, Wisconsin

Dustin Smith advertises on Craigslist and is your typical small town rip off artist.  It is like an episode of Andy of Mayberry where Barney Fife is the rube who buys the car from the rip off artist who put saw dust in the transmission fluid and when Barney had the Auto Mechanic check it out the trany was ruined.

Dustin and his Dad Jim play it perfect as the Rip Off father and son team set up the buyer with all these bullshit stories.  The Dad calls you back and says his son didn't mean it and he will send you money but they both hide like the scum they are.

Never, ever buy anything on Craigslist from Dustin or Jim Smith in Tomahawk.  They have a chop shop next to a Foundry on S. Tomahawk across from a very reputable Auto Repair Place called Fuzzies.  Fuzzy has nothing to do with these Rip Off Father and Son tag team.  But be careful they like violence and threats.  The moron son Dustin called the local Police and reported that I had posted on crraigslist (as if this was illegal) that he was a rip off, he is ripping consumers off.

He cost me $2400 as the truck broke down 100 miles out of town...and Dustin would not answer his phone.  he his like a rip off artist does.  The Police advised me to stay away from him and take it up with the courts.  Which is exactly how the Rip off Father and Son Team work.  The Police don't know they are ripping people off and Tomahawk has a good Police Dept and is not at fault.  Beware of Dustin and Jim Smith.

I think these guy don't understand the power of the internet in 2013 ?  Father did not teach his son correctly and now this sits on his record anytime anyone searches his name or adress.  If I were you Justin I would move far,far away where people don't know you.  I would also rethink your rip off ways.
