Dutch Web Trading whitewidowseeds.com Stole 163 euros from me Internet

Dutch Web Trading, aka DWT, uses a faulty payment processor. Five days after my purchase i went looking for confirmation, and found that their payment processor was still waiting for me to click the pay button.

I did that 5 days prior. Their system burped, hiccuped or farted or something, because i never recieved my shipment after their system took my money and and i never recieved a confirmation email that my order was complete and that it shipped.

DWT says their system shipped my order, i say it didn't. It was waiting for five days for me to click the payment button, when my bank account says it took my money on the day when I first click the payment button, on march 20th, 2012.

So how can their payment processor confirm or ship anything when the da-- thing was still waiting for me to click the payment button.

DWT thinks i'm trying to rip them off by claiming my shipment never arrived, which it did not. I have paper work and reciepts to back up what i am saying but DWT doesn't want to believe me or listen to what i've been saying.

The key to my claim is that their payment processor screwed up (read paragraph one) and they don't want to admit it. Well i got ripped off by these people and i urge all others to think long and hard about playing russian roulette with their payment processor and getting "Ripped Off" like I did.
