During the Christmas season I purchased the complete set of Dark Shadows. It took over 4 weeks to receive them. The first set of 20 discs only contained 1 disc that would actually play.

I contacted the company several times to get a refund of $140.00 but instead they offered to replace the set. As of today, I have not received them and their site is gone. What a ripoff. All I want is my money back.

Internet fraud is not acceptable and something should be done to prevent it.
