Ordered box set of Beverly Hills 90210 on 12/10/07. Charged immediately to my credit card. Never received e-mail confirmation. Contacted the company's Live Chat on 12/19/07. communicated with Denise. She said I would receive the order by the end of the week. Did not receive order. Contacted Live Chat again on 12/21/07. communicated with Nancy. She said it would be shipped within 3-4 days. Never received. Contacted Live Chat on 12/27/07. communicated with Nikki. She provided me with a phone number (877-788-7469). I called the phone number and received voice mail. Contacted Live Chat again on 12/28/07. communicated with Karen. She said the box set was on backorder and I would be contacted when it was shipped.
